A thermal spring flowing from fractured crystalline shales. The water temperature is from 37 °C to 40 °C.

According to the Tomsk Research Institute of Physics and Technology, the source water is bicarbonate, fresh, with a neutral reaction of the medium, contains 452 mg/dm3 salts, and tastes good.

The water is slightly carbonated, and there is a slight smell of hydrogen sulfide when drinking. Of the specific components, silicic acid was detected. Sanitary and bacteriological indicators correspond to the normative ones. The water is classified as a mineral siliceous thermal and is recommended for external use for medicinal purposes.

The spring is located on the slope of the Bedui River valley.

People have known about its healing effect since ancient times, so they came here despite the difficult path. A swimming pool was built in the tract at the expense of merchants, in which they were treated for various diseases.
