Biya River airboat tour

Treat yourself to an exciting adventure by going on a 2-hour guided tour of the rapids of the Biya River, which originates from Lake Teletskoye. Along the route, numerous rapids form on the river, which the airboat overcomes without much effort. You will be able to admire the pristine rocks and century-old cedars, get unforgettable impressions from the river bends and see the village of Kebezen, located 20 kilometers from Lake Teletskoye.

Airboat tour "Acquaintance with tubalars"

Altai is the homeland of the Turkic—speaking small peoples. Come with us to meet one of them, the Tubalars, who live along the Biya River and along the shores of Lake Teletskoye. During the 4-hour tour, we will walk 10 kilometers along Lake Teletskoye and 20 kilometers along the Biya River to the place where the Ortosh open-air ethno museum with traditional dwellings in the form of chopped yurts is located. Authentic items and household utensils are collected here, and the lifestyle of Altaians from the early twentieth century has been reconstructed. The tour includes an introduction to Altai legends, a study of the ribbon-tying ceremony "dyalama". Baba Pana, an indigenous inhabitant of Altai, will become our guide to the world of Tubalar culture, who will reveal the secret of ancient rituals, tell about local beliefs and about the life of Tubalars in the recent past.

Biya River Expedition

Treat yourself to a whole day of adventure by taking a 9-hour water expedition on a comfortable airboat along the rapids of the Biya River, which originates in Lake Teletskoye. Numerous rapids of the 1st and 2nd difficulty categories are formed on the impressive 50-kilometer stretch of the river. For an airboat, overcoming such obstacles is not difficult. Along the route, you will overcome beautiful rapids, see pristine cliffs and get an unforgettable experience of river turns. We will look at ancient rock carvings, the so-called "Turochak scribbler" and a monument of the Soviet period, a bas-relief of Lenin on the Iconostasis rock. We will go to the mouth of the warmest river in Altai — the Swan, where it is possible to swim in quiet backwaters.

Chulyshman Valley and stone mushrooms

Learn more about the natural diversity of the Altai Mountains by taking a trip to the unique rock formations called "Stone Mushrooms". Located on the steep slope of the gorge, these giants really resemble mushrooms on thin legs with massive caps. We will get to this place, which is located on the banks of the Chulyshman River, 50 kilometers from Lake Teletskoye, first by airboat, and then we will climb on foot. During the 30-minute easy ascent, we will enjoy extraordinary views of the magnificent valley of the Chulyshman River, and the final destination of this walk will be a picnic in the heart of the wild nature.
