Afonka Cave Walking Tour

Take an exciting 2-hour walk to the cave, accompanied by our guide. The path to this protected place passes through the centuries-old taiga, filled with amazing sounds and aromas of wildlife. In the winter season, when nature is quiet, the cave turns into a fascinating decoration for the kingdom.
The Snow Queen. At this time, bizarre ice stalagmites grow at the bottom of the underground palace, and bats find temporary shelter on its upper vault, waiting out the winter in a state of sleep. A pleasant addition to this inspiring excursion is a tea party near the entrance to the cave with Altai herbs and sweets from the chef of the Ozero restaurant. Before going for a walk, trekking poles, safety gaiters and a tourist seat can be rented if desired. Shoes with high tops and fluted soles are preferred.

Climbing Mount Salop

Arrange an 8-hour journey climbing Mount Salop in the company of our professional driver-guide. After driving an all-terrain vehicle along the Biya River valley to the foot of the mountain, we will embark on a 4-kilometer hike along the picturesque pine slope to the top of Salop. In four hours we will enjoy stunning views of the endless mountain taiga stretching beyond the horizon. And after walking along the ridge to the highest point of the mountain, we will see the intricately shaped rocks, as well as the "giant's footprints" that passed there thousands of years ago. After enjoying the beauty of the Altai nature to our heart's content, we will set off on our way back to the parking lot. From here we will return to the Biya River, where we will have a well-deserved lunch. The ascent and descent paths are adapted for most tourists.: safety ropes are stretched in difficult areas, metal ladders are installed on the rocks. However, a comfortable ascent requires good physical fitness, given that the climb is 600 meters. The tour is designed for a maximum of three guests over the age of 14.

Tilan-Tuu Mountain and the Third River

A short, but quite intense, combined tour to the village of Artybash. First, we will climb Tilan-Tuu Mountain by car. From the observation deck of the mountain, you will enjoy a panorama of the northwestern part of Lake Teletskoye, and you will also see how the Biya River begins its journey to the ocean. Then we will visit the spring, located in a picturesque clearing among the mighty cedars. The water here contains silver, which is why locals call this spring the "Silver Spring". Then we will drive by car to the mouth of the small but fast river Tevenek, also called the Third River. We'll walk along the eco-trail to the waterfall. This tour is perfect for families with children.
