3+1 Premium Extension

The 3+1 Premium Extension Special Offer (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is valid for bookings made during the period from 12.07.2026 to 30.09.2026 , with check-in during the specified period.

Basic conditions:

1. The guest is provided with a fourth night's stay as a gift when paying for three full nights in a room of the booked category.
2. The minimum booking duration for the promotion is 4 (four) nights.
3. The cost is calculated based on the current rate for 3 nights without taking into account the individual discount, the fourth night is provided free of charge.
4. The promotion is valid only for individuals (private guests), excluding agents and tour operators.

Booking, cancellation and refund procedures

1. Reservations are made through the official website of the hotel, by phone or in person at the reception.
2. An advance payment of 50% will be charged for the entire booking period, with the exception of the promotional night. The prepayment period is set according to the approved booking standards.
3. The conditions for cancellation and refund of prepayment are established in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 27.11.2025 No. 1912 "On Approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services and services of other accommodation facilities in the Russian Federation".
4. If the length of stay is shortened, the cost must be recalculated at the standard rate without taking into account the promotion.

The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts and special offers of the hotel.
The hotel administration reserves the right to terminate the promotion ahead of schedule without prior notice to the guests.
The promotion applies to all room categories.
The promotion does not apply to bookings made before the effective date of this Order (before 12.07.2026). There is no recalculation of the cost for previously booked rooms.
